The Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, through the Project Director of its Green-AI Project Management Unit, invites applications from Pakistani nationals for temporary contract-based positions in the PSDP Project titled, “Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Precision Agriculture Systems Utilizing Dual-Use Aerospace Technologies – GreenAI.” Positions are for one year, extendable based on performance, at NASTP, Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Available Positions:

1. Traffic Control Operator (PPS-6)

• Pay Scale: PPS-6
• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Trained Traffic Control Operators, preferably with 1-year relevant operational experience.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the pilot run of the traffic control center under the Project Manager’s guidance.
  • Execute and supervise test flights, assess UAV performance, and ensure stability and handling in various conditions.
  • Develop detailed test plans to evaluate UAV capabilities, including maneuverability and payload integration, and conduct operational UAV flights.

Eligibility Criteria for Traffic Control Operator (PPS-6) – Ministry of Defence (Green-AI Project):

1. Position: Traffic Control Operator
   • Pay Scale: PPS-6
   • Number of Posts: 02
2. Required Qualification:
   • Must be a trained Traffic Control Operator.
   • Preferable: At least 1 year of relevant experience in traffic control operations.
3. Job Responsibilities:
   • Manage the pilot run of the Traffic Control Center under the guidance of the Project Manager.
   • Conduct and oversee test flights to assess the performance, stability, and handling of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) under different conditions.
