Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites applications from experienced and qualified individuals for the following contractual positions, initially for three years (extendable upon good performance):

1. Manager (Admin & Customer Care)

• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification:
  • ACMA/ACA/ACCA with 5 years post-qualification relevant experience, or
  • MBA Finance/M.Com with 8 years relevant experience in international/national organizations or public utility companies.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

2. Assistant Manager (HR & Admin)

• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification:
  • MS/MBA/BBA (16 years of education) in HR specialization from an HEC recognized university with 5 years post-qualification experience in international/national organizations.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

3. Assistant Manager (Accounts & Payments)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • MS/MBA/BBA/M.Com (16 years education) in finance, or ACCA/ACMA, with 5 years post-qualification experience in international/national organizations.
  • Must be proficient in soft skills and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

4. Assistant Manager (MIS)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • BS in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (16 years education) from an HEC recognized institution.
  • 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT system management, ERP, Oracle development, database management, and handling servers/network equipment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with OCP certification and ERP experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

5. HR Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • MS/MBA/BBA (16 years education) in HR specialization from an HEC recognized university with 3 years post-qualification experience in international/national organizations.
  • ERP exposure will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years

6. Fleet Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • DAE (Mechanical/Automobile Technology) with 5 years post-qualification experience in fleet management, or
  • Retired Junior Commissioned Officers from the Army (ASC/EME), Air Force, or Navy with relevant experience in fleet management.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years

7. MIS Assistant

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification:
  • F.Sc/ICS (12 years of education) with a diploma in IT/CS, or a higher degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation of operating systems, and MS Office.
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

General Terms & Conditions:

Terms and Conditions for Recruitment

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and relevant experience for each position.
   • Age limits are applicable as per the specified criteria for each role.
2. Contractual Basis:
   • All positions are contractual for an initial period of three years, extendable based on performance.
3. Application Submission:
   • Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format along with all required documents.
   • Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Test and Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews.
   • No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
5. Document Verification:
   • Candidates must submit experience certificates; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
   • A detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted post-screening test.
6. Right to Cancel:
   • WSSP reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process without providing reasons.
7. Application Fees:
   • A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- is required for the Manager position.
   • Test fees for positions 02-07 must be deposited through specified methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Omni).
8. Multiple Applications:
   • Candidates may apply for multiple positions but must submit separate applications for each along with separate fees.
9. Age Calculation:
   • Age will be calculated based on the CNIC as of the last date for application submission.
