Applications are invited from qualified candidates for various positions in a project on a contract basis for a duration of 1 year (up to 30th June 2025), extendable based on performance. The positions are based in Islamabad, and offer market-based salaries.


1. Manager (Finance) – PPS 9

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: 50 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Medical Doctor with a postgraduate degree in Public Health, specializing in health policy and systems development.
    • At least 10-15 years of experience in the health sector, including a minimum of 2 years in the public sector.
    • Experience in managing public sector projects/programs.
    • Proven experience in coordinating with development partners, national/international NGOs.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and internet research.

2. Manager (Procurement) – PPS 8

  • Age Limit: 30-40 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
    • At least 10 years of experience in procurement management in the public/private sector.
    • Knowledge of procurement policies of multi/bilateral donors and experience in using PPRA rules.

3. Manager (Administration) – PPS 8

    • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/MPA or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of experience as an Admin Officer in the public or private sector.
    • Knowledge of multi-donor financial policies.

5. Database Officer – PPS 7

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Statistics.
    • 5-7 years of experience in database management, especially health-related data.
    • Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, SPSS, and Excel.

6. Communication Officer – PPS 7

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
    • 5-7 years of experience in health communication, with 2 years in media relations.
    • Knowledge of media planning tools and digital platforms.

7. Training Officer – PPS 7

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Health Education.
    • 5-8 years of experience as a facilitator/trainer in public health.
    • Knowledge of modern training tools and techniques.

8. M&E Officer – PPS 7

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Postgraduate degree in Public Health.
    • 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of health interventions.
    • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of public health systems.

9. Office Assistant – PPS 5

  • Age Limit: 25-30 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
    • 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
