Eligibility Criteria

1. Professor (Principal-Dean) – BPS 20
   • Qualification: PhD in Nursing or Master’s in Nursing with MBA (Health Management)/MSPH/MPH.
   • Experience: At least 10 years in teaching/clinical/administrative roles; minimum 4 publications.
2. Associate Professor (Vice Principal) – BPS 19
   • Qualification: Master’s in Nursing with MBA (Health Management)/MSPH/MPH.
   • Experience: At least 5 years in teaching/clinical/administrative roles; minimum 3 publications.
3. Assistant Professor – BPS 18
   • Qualification: Master’s in Nursing (MSN).
   • Experience: At least 3 years in teaching; minimum 2 publications.
4. QEC Director – BPS 18
   • Qualification: MBA (Health Management)/Master’s in relevant field.
   • Experience: 3 years.
5. Nursing Lecturer (Clinical & Education/Teaching) – BPS 17
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
   • Experience: At least 3 years (clinical or teaching).
6. Head of Labs (Various) – BPS 17
   • Qualification: Master’s in relevant field.
   • Experience: 3 years.
7. Office Superintendent & Admin Officer – BPS 17
   • Qualification: MBA (Health Management).
   • Experience: 3 years.

   • Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/Master’s in relevant field.
