1. Head Recovery Litigation Department (VP/SVP)
No. of Positions: 1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preference for candidates with LLB or higher qualification in Law and strong understanding of banking laws and regulations in Pakistan.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in recovery litigation, including in-depth knowledge of recovery processes, legal procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise legal litigation units and follow up recovery suits in banking courts.
- Monitor litigation cases to safeguard the bank’s interests.
- Handle complaints received from the Wafaqi Banking Mohtasib.
- Review and approve petitions and appeals.
- Approve recovery suits and monitor lawyer fee bill disposal.
2. Credit Risk Analyst (OG-II)
