1. Registrar (BPS-20)

Tenure: Three years, extendable based on performance
Qualifications: BBA/MBA/MA or equivalent qualification (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant administrative experience, with at least 5 years in BPS-18 or higher. Preference given to candidates with experience in educational institutions
Age Limit: 35-50 years

2. Director – Planning and Development (P&D) (BPS-20)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferably first-class) from an HEC-recognized university
  Experience: 14 years of relevant experience in Grade 17 or above in a university, government department, or autonomous organization
  OR
• Master’s in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
  Experience: 10 years in relevant positions of Grade 17 or above
  Age Limit: 35-50 years

3. Director – Works & Services (BPS-20)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferably first-class) from an HEC-recognized university
  Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in Grade 17 or above in a university, government department, or autonomous organization
  OR
• Master’s in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
  Experience: 10 years in relevant positions of Grade 17 or above
  Age Limit: 35-50 years

4. Accounts Officer (BPS-17)

Qualifications: 16 years of education in Finance/Accounts, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: 2 years in Finance/Accounts/Budget in a government or semi-government institution. Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions
Age Limit: 30 years

5. Assistant Registrar – Admin (BPS-17)

Qualifications: 16 years of education in any discipline, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: 2 years in office administration. Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions
Age Limit: 30 years

6. Medical Officer (Male) (BPS-17)

Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent qualification from a PMDC-recognized medical university/college
Experience: 1-year house job (6 months in Medicine and 6 months in Surgery/Casualty)
Age Limit: 30 years

7. General Physician (Female) (BPS-17)

Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent qualification from a PMDC-recognized medical university/college
Experience: 1-year house job (6 months in Medicine/Casualty and 6 months in Gynecology)
Age Limit: 28 years

8. Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16)

Qualifications: 16 years of education in Finance/Accounts, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Preference given to candidates with relevant experience
Age Limit: 28 years
