1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Minimum Division: Candidates must have a 1st Division in their final degree. Only one 2nd Division (not less than 50% marks) from Matric onward is acceptable. No 3rd Division allowed in the entire academic career.
   • 1st Division Definition: For degrees, a 1st Division defined as a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 in the semester system or a minimum of 60% marks in the annual system.
   • Degree Authenticity: All degrees, diplomas, and certificates from HEC/PEC recognized institutions. For O-Level/A-Level, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) is required. For foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate from HEC indicating division/percentage/CGPA is mandatory.
2. Experience Requirements:
   • Post-qualification experience required, meaning experience must be gained after the completion date of the final degree necessary for the position.
3. Age Limit:
   • Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years old as of September 30, 2024. The upper age limit is relaxable for Government servants and Ex-Servicemen as per existing rules.
