Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consultant (Mines & Minerals, Geology, Geophysics, Exploration Geology):
- M.Sc./B.E/BS (preferably Ph.D.) from HEC recognized university.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Specialist (Project Management, Strategic Studies):
- M.Sc./B.E/BS (preferably Ph.D.) from HEC recognized university.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Consultant (HR Planning & Management, Administration & Coordination):
- MS/M.Phil from HEC recognized university.
- 20 years of experience in a reputable organization.
- Preference for candidates with professional certifications.
- Consultant (Civil):
- BE/BS from HEC recognized university with 20 years of experience in public/private civil projects.
- PEC registration required. Knowledge of architecture/design is preferred.
- Consultant (Finance & Accounts):
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
- 20 years of experience in public finance/accounts and budgeting.
- Preference for retired civil servants (retired in grade 19 with 7 years in Finance Division).
- Consultant (Law):
- LLB or equivalent with 25 years of experience in criminal, civil, taxation, corporate, and company law.
- Preference for candidates with experience in high-level constitutional posts and as legal consultants.
- Consultant (Administration/Management, Protection & Security Protocols):
- Master’s degree or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
- 20 years of experience in administration and security.
- Preference for retired armed forces officers with an excellent service record.
Terms and Conditions:
- Contract Basis:
- Initial contract for 12 months, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
- Preference:
- Candidates with higher qualifications and excellent academic records.
- Eligibility:
- Candidates with 3rd Division in any academic qualification will not be considered.
- Government Employees:
- Must apply through proper channels.
- Merit-Based Selection:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
