SITUATION VACANT

Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites applications for the following Non-Teaching positions from talented, motivated, and determined individuals who are eager for growth and can contribute meaningfully to the progress of the institution. These appointments will be on a contractual basis.

Application Procedure:

  • Application Forms:
    Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA) upon submission of a Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of the Vice-Chancellor, PUMHSW (SBA) for each post.
    Alternatively, the form can be downloaded from the website www.pumhs.edu.pk.
  • Submission:
    Completed applications, along with all relevant documents, must be sent to the Registrar, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA) via Certified Mail/Courier Service only. Postal delays will not be considered. The application must include:

    • CV
    • Three (3) recent passport-size photographs
    • Two sets of attested photocopies of educational, experience, and residential documents (e.g., Domicile, PRC/Form “D”, valid CNIC, Matriculation Pacca Certificate/Mark Sheet, and all other degrees and credentials)
  • Important Note:
    The application form, along with full particulars and supporting documents, must be submitted by the due date. No additional communication will be made after submission. Applications on plain paper or CVs alone will not be entertained.

  1. Eligibility: Only candidates with a valid Sindh domicile are eligible to apply. Additional eligibility criteria outlined on the university’s website.
  2. Application Form: The application form obtained from the Office of the Registrar upon payment of a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/- for each position. The form can also downloaded from the university’s website.
  3. Submission of Application: Applications submitted via Certified Mail or Courier Service only. Late submissions or applications sent through any other means will not be considered.
  4. Required Documentation: All applications must include:
    • A completed application form.
    • CV.
    • Three recent passport-sized photographs.
    • Two sets of attested photocopies of educational, experience, and residential documents.
    • The original Demand Draft for Rs. 2500/-.
  5. Deadline: Applications submitted by 30th September, 2024. Late or incomplete applications rejected.
  6. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates contacted for further assessment by the Selection Board. The University reserves the right to contact only those candidates deemed suitable for the positions.
  7. No Objection Certificate: Candidates currently employed by Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  8. Verification: All documents and experiences verified. Any false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.
  9. TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) provided for attending tests or interviews.
  10. Salary and Benefits: Salary packages will align with the Government BPS structure as practiced at PUMHSW-SBA.
  11. Right to Cancel: The University reserves the right to cancel any post(s), partially or entirely, at any time.
  12. Confidentiality: All submitted information will remain confidential and will only be used for recruitment purposes.
