The Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination invites applications from Pakistani nationals to fill the following positions under the WB-PSDP Project “Strengthening Technical Capacity of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (STC-MoCC&EC).” These positions are purely on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance or until project completion.


Available Positions:
  1. Team Leader – Communication & Media (PPS-11)
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies. A higher degree (PhD) is preferred.
    • Experience: At least 15 years in media, communications, and campaign management, particularly in the development sector. Strong writing and communication skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
    • Max Age: 55 years
  2. Team Leader – Projects Support (PPS-11)
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Climate Change or Environmental Engineering. Higher degrees (PhD) are preferred.
    • Experience: 15 years in government, intergovernmental, or international organizations working on climate change at managerial or senior technical levels.
    • Max Age: 55 years
  3. Team Leader – Environment & Climate Change (PPS-11)
    • Qualifications: Same as above.
    • Experience: 15 years in relevant sectors with skills in managing climate change projects.
    • Max Age: 55 years
  4. Project Development Specialist – UNFCCC (PPS-10)
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Public Policy, or Economics. PhD preferred.
    • Experience: 15 years in climate change and environmental policy sectors, with research experience.
    • Max Age: 55 years
  5. Team Leader – Green Finance (PPS-11)
    • Qualifications: Master’s in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or Development Studies. PhD preferred.
    • Experience: 10 years in government or international organizations, with expertise in financial mechanisms.
    • Max Age: 55 years
  6. Green Finance Specialist (PPS-10)
    • Qualifications: Master’s in relevant fields of finance or development.
    • Experience: 10 years with skills in financial management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Max Age: 52 years
  7. Project Management & Reporting Officer (PPS-08)
    • Qualifications: 18 years of education in Project Management, Economics, or Public Administration.
    • Experience: 6 years in supporting project management under donor-funded projects.
    • Max Age: 35 years
